BA-BED/BSC-BED

The BA-BED/BSc-BED s a Four year Integrated professional programme of teacher education. It aims to prepare teacher for the elementary stage of education, i.e. classes I to XI.

Course Duration

The BA-BED/BSC-BED programme shall be of a duration of four academic years. However, the student shall be permitted to complete the programme within a maximum period of three year from the date of admission to the programme.

Eligibility

Candidate with at least 50% marks in the higher secondary (+2) or its equivalent examination are eligible for admission.

Admission Procedure

Candidates are selected on the basis of merit prepared on the basis of entrance exam- Pre BA-BED/BSC-BED Teacher Entrance Test conducted by any University approved by the State Government.

Fees

The institution shall charge only such fee as prescribed by the state government concerned in according with provision of National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE)
